FAQ+A

What is Interlibrary Loan?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service free to the user through which you can request research materials, such as books, journal articles, book chapters, videos, and other materials that are not available in the Arnold Library. On average, it takes 1-2 business days to fill ILL requests, but can take longer.

We process ILL requests each morning. There is no charge to Fred Hutch faculty and staff for ILL requests or document delivery requests.
