Answer

After you receive an email notification from the library saying that your hold is available, you can pick it up at any time at your convenience-- not just during staffing hours. To pick up an available hold, follow these steps:

• Retrieve your hold from the Book Pickup Area at the front hold shelf (we are now located in the Arnold Building (M1-C830/M1-C850)).
• You can scan the QR code on the information card on the shelf to fill out our check-out form.
• If you don't have your phone you can email us at library@fredhutch.org and provide the title and barcode (located in the top left corner) and we will check it out to you remotely.
• You can continue to use the mobile app until June 2024.
