Answer

As part of the newest NCBI update, the Other Collections feature is no longer available. Citations associated with a PI's funding, but which they didn't author, should now be marked "private" within their My NCBI Bibliography. The private designation will prevent the citation from being viewed in a public NCBI Bibliography URL but will remain available for grant reporting activities such the RPPR.

To set an item to private, first select the citation(s) in the Bibliography, then click the option "Set to Private" under "Manage Citations"
