My paper has an out-of-date NIHMSID but my grant is due, can NIHMS rush the review steps by request?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. NIHMS operates strictly based on the submission queue so it is critical that the reviewing author be mindful of any notifications from NIHMS, and completes the necessary approval steps in a timely manner to prevent any funding delays.
